GHK-Cu (Glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper complex) is a naturally occurring copper peptide first isolated from human plasma in 1973. It is found in blood, saliva, and urine, and its plasma concentration declines significantly with age. GHK-Cu plays a central role in tissue repair, wound healing, and cellular renewal — and has been shown in transcriptomic studies to modulate over 4,000 human genes.

Research Applications: GHK-Cu has been shown to stimulate collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis; promote angiogenesis; activate antioxidant defense genes; and support nervous system repair.
