CJC-1295 without DAC (Modified GRF 1-29) is a synthetic analogue of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Without the Drug Affinity Complex, it produces a shorter, more physiological GH pulse that closely mirrors the natural pulsatile pattern of GH secretion — making it preferable to the DAC version for research requiring physiological GH kinetics.
Research Applications: CJC-1295 w/o DAC stimulates pituitary somatotrophs to secrete growth hormone via the GHRH receptor. Research has focused on GH and IGF-1 axis regulation, body composition, muscle repair, fat metabolism, sleep quality, and restoration of age-related GH decline. It is commonly paired with Ipamorelin to exploit dual-pathway GH stimulation.
Key Research Areas:
- GHRH receptor pharmacology and GH secretion
- IGF-1 axis and body composition research
- Pulsatile GH secretion modeling
- Muscle repair, recovery, and anabolic signaling
- Lipid metabolism and visceral fat studies
- Age-related GH decline and somatopause models
For research purposes only. Not for human or veterinary use. Store lyophilized vials at -20°C. After reconstitution with BAC water, refrigerate and use within 4–6 weeks.
